When I joined, Breadless was a new fast-casual concept in Detroit, with one location.

As a true start-up, early success led to the goal of more locations.

I joined the team to build the marketing roadmap for the scaling of their restaurant fleet.

My role

I led the Breadless through the following:

  • Launch Location #2 + Build Roadmap: I led the go-to-market strategy for their first suburban location. I built this strategy for replicability across multiple market types.

  • Community Marketing: I created & led our community outreach across partnerships, brand activations, sponsorships, and influencer support.

  • Grand Opening Strategy: successfully led Location #2 grand opening events with private media + influencer tasting, live music, giveaways, and more.

  • Catering Sales Plan: in partnership with the CEO, we crafted and executed a tactical catering sales plan to target area businesses & events.

Breadless Social Club

One of my biggest initiatives: The Breadless Social Club

I built & launched this ambassador program to rocketship the brand across social, community, and word-of-mouth.

Program Buildout: created a tiered point & reward system, built the Social Club infrastructure & landing page, and program guidelines.

We reached and onboarded from all over the community: college students, high school students, area fitness instructors, and more.
