High Profile Cannabis Shop, a subsidiary of C3 Industries, is a premier recreational cannabis retailer across 6 states in the U.S.
I joined the team to lead Field Marketing for our new store openings & support marketing initiatives across our 25 locations.
My role
Field Marketing Specialist
As a travel-heavy member of the High Profile team, I was responsible for:
Community marketing for 25+ locations: sponsorships, partnerships, and mega-campaign activations for each market.
New Store Openings: led brand + grand opening activations in all new markets, supported + crafted local marketing strategy as the ‘boots-on-the-ground’ for each new market.
Cross-functional marketing support: provided support on all mega-campaigns such as 4/20, Pride, 7/10, and more, in partnerships with retail + creative staff
High Profile Karaoke Championship
My most ambitious activation at High Profile.
As a brand marketer, this is another example of finding an intersection between the brand + local community.
We opened a store in Branson, MO, a community rich in country music & showmanship. We decided to tie into their culture and host a karaoke competition.
The Event:
A bracket-style tournament with 16 of the best local karaoke talent.
Grand Prizes for 1st, 2nd, + 3rd place ($1,000, $500, & $250).
My role: Event Lead
I was responsible for event marketing, coordination, & execution. Such as: identifying + partnering with the venue, finding local judges, marketing & promotion efforts, and run-of-show event management.
New Store Openings
Traveling across the Midwest + East Coast supporting our markets, I learned how to speak the language of the consumer. I’ve spoken with + marketed to all walks of life with High Profile - which has provided incredible depth to my career (& personal life!).
